Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Explain the dental care visit with patients and answer any questions they may have
- Prep sterilized equipment
- Bond brackets, Invisalign attachments, bond fixed retainers, take impression, full dental records etc.
- Ortho adjustments
- Assist orthodontist in providing quality care
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Provide chairside assistance during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Utilize computer systems for inputting accurate treatment notes
- Ability to collaborate with others in being a team player
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with positive attitude
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience:
- Previous dental or orthodontic assistant experience preferred
- Exceptional manual dexterity
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Half day Saturday
