We are seeking 3 young, motivated and 215 Licensed Health & Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses find insurance solutions that fit their needs and budgets. You will educate clients on health, life, and supplemental insurance options, guide them through the enrollment process, and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate health and life insurance plans
- Present and explain policy features, benefits, and costs in a clear and compliant manner
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and build long-term client relationships
- Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and policy changes
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Active 215 License (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus
- Comfortable with phone, virtual, and in-person consultations
