All Service Specialists is hiring an experienced Concrete Crew Leader. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of concrete projects from start to finish. This position is for an experienced concrete professional who can lead a crew, manage the jobsite, and perform high-quality hands-on work. We need someone with lots of experience in concrete around swimming pools, flatwork, colored concrete, and stamped concrete. The right person should be able to handle the full process — from prep and forming through pouring, finishing, and cleanup.
Responsibilities:
- Lead concrete projects from start to finish
- Manage prep work, grading, forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup
- Perform and oversee concrete work around swimming pools
- Complete flatwork, patios, walkways, driveways, and pool decks
- Work with colored and stamped concrete - Manage slopes, elevations, drainage, and clean finish details
- Coordinate crew members, materials, timing, and jobsite flow
- Communicate with project managers, homeowners, and other trades
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and jobsite cleanliness
- Assist with snow removal operations during the winter season Experience Required:
- Strong concrete experience required
- Experience with concrete around swimming pools strongly preferred
- Flatwork experience required
- Colored and stamped concrete experience required
- Ability to run the entire job from prep to finish - Overlay experience is a plus - Crew leader, foreman, or leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
