We manufacture in an impressive 202,000 square foot, state-of-the-art injection molding facility, housing more than 90 presses ranging in clamp tonnage from 55 – 1100.
Job Overview
The Technical Development Program (TDP) offers an on-the-job, in-depth training experience. The TDP is a rotation training program exposing the Associate to three technical career opportunities in Industrial Maintenance, Mold Setting, and Process Technician. The Associate gains technical skills through a hands-on training method to build required skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to launch them on a solid technical career path.
o Openings on 2nd and 3rd shift
o 2nd shift 3:00pm – 11:30pm *shift premium
o 3rd shift 11:00pm – 7:30am * shift premium

- First 90-days of training provided on 1st shift o 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday
- Continued 6 months training - Associate will be placed in the department that meets the Associate’s career needs and goals.
