Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in San Jose/ Bay Area. Responsibilities include construction, repair, and installation of various structural and decorative elements using wood and other materials. Day-to-day tasks involve framing, assembling, and installing building frameworks, utilizing hand tools and power tools, as well as performing finish carpentry to meet project specifications. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensuring safe, durable, and high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years carpentry experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred or English-speaking
- Must have own tools
- Proficiency using Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively and safely
- Experience with Framing and other structural construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints and technical specifications
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively on-site
- Prior experience with residential and/or commercial is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
