What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager - Roofing/Construction Experienced position at All Seasons Roofing and Restoration?
- Oversee all day-to-day operations for the assigned location
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company quality standards
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Manage location-level performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Review job costing, scheduling, and production efficiency
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
- Hire, train, and manage sales, production, and office personnel
- Address performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with company policy
- Promote a professional, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
- Support sales team performance and ensure adherence to sales processes
- Oversee customer communication and resolve escalated concerns
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and company safety regulations
- Maintain required documentation, licenses, and insurance standards
- Promote a safety-first culture at all job sites
- Maintain accurate reporting through company CRM
- Communicate regularly with ownership and executive leadership
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of management or leadership experience in roofing, construction, or restoration
- Experience managing teams and operational workflows
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and take corrective action
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred
- Multi-location or branch management experience
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, and job costing systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
