Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery.
- Perform routine groundskeeping tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming trees, pruning plants, and edging beds.
- Operate various grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment including power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
- Identify different plant species and assist with plant health assessments; manage pest control measures following safety protocols.
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Conduct general site cleanup and prepare landscapes for seasonal changes or special events.
- Assist with hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, fire pits and retaining walls.
Requirements
- Prior outdoor work experience or familiarity with groundskeeping tasks preferred but not required; training provided.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating landscaping equipment is a plus.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
- Strong attention to safety procedures when handling hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor such as lifting, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
