HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician| $30.00 - $45.00 per hour Spiffs
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:30pm | occasional overtime
Job Duties:
- Service, maintenance and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Dispatched to service and repair calls
- Annual maintenance service
- Consulting with customers on indoor air quality needs
- Consulting with customers on repair and replacement options
- Providing excellent customer service
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

What We Are Looking For:
- 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Electrical trainee card with hours
- 06B or 06A Electrical License - Desired
- Experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
- Basic sheet metal duct design and modification experience
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Able to follow city and county installation codes
- Certification of completion from trade school - Desired
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Salary : $30 - $45
