What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Install Apprentice position at All Seasons Inc?
HVAC Install Apprentice | $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 5:00pm | occasional overtime
What we are looking for:
- Someone with 6 months or more of residential and/or light commercial retrofit installation experience, or combination of education and experience
- We offer full-time, year-round work, company paid training for industry certification including NATES and Electrical Trainee instruction and hours

What you will be doing:
- Working with a lead installer
- Residential retrofit/change out installs
- Installing
- Gas Pipe
- Refrigeration Pipe
- Duct work
- Mini splits, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, split systems etc.
- Brazing and soldering
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Consulting and educating customer on equipment being installed and Indoor Air Quality accessories
Qualifications / skills:
- 6 months HVAC installation experience, or combination of education and experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- 06B or 06A Electrical trainee card or obtain once employed
- Certification of completion from trade school desired
- Understanding of HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Willingness to invest time in training and seminars, including industry certifications / NATES, and Electrical Trainee instruction & hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license and insurable driving record
