Roofing Experience Required - Candidates must have direct commercial roofing industry experience. This role is not an entry-level construction position.

Position Overview

The superintendent should possess basic information technology skills and have field crews available to work.

This role combines material procurement, scheduling, safety impletmentation, and the installation of a top-quality product. Extensive knowledge of flat and steep slope roofing, roof coatings, and general construction are required.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role focuses on existing commercial buildings, including roof replacements, repairs, and long-term roofing solutions for property managers, HOAs, and building owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial re-roofing, roof replacement, and repair projects from start to finish
• Oversee systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and restoration waterproofing assemblies
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Provide proactive communication and exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
• Attend weekly meetings and provide necessary information to track project costs, materials, and labor efficiency
• Utilize CRM systems to manage client communication, project updates, and opportunities
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safe jobsite conditions

Required Qualifications

✅ 10 years of commercial roofing experience (required)

• Experience with commercial re-roofing, roof replacement, or repair projects
• Background as a Roofing Project Manager, Superintendent, or Estimator
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and waterproofing applications
• Experience managing multiple roofing projects simultaneously
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems to manage clients, and project updates
• Highly organized with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000 – $120,000 DOE. Salary growth opportunity with company growth. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor.
