At our privately owned, patient-focused dental practice, we recognize and reward talent—and right now, we’re expanding due to the addition of a second dentist. We recently added one EDDA and are looking for one more! We’re searching for a motivated, experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) who’s ready to become a long-term member of our dedicated dental family.
About the Role:
This role is based in Pueblo, CO, but will require travel to our Rocky Ford location 4–6 days per month. A travel stipend is provided for those shifts.
You’ll be working side-by-side with our doctors to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating patients
- Room prep, breakdown, and infection control
- Instrument sterilization
- Taking dental impressions and radiographs
- Performing child cleanings
- Chairside assisting and documentation
- Utilizing Open Dental and other digital platforms
- Stocking rooms
- Expanded duties:
- Placing fillings
- Fabricating temporary crowns & bridges
- Administering nitrous oxide (if certified)
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Full-Time (32–35 hrs/week) or Part-Time (16–24 hrs/week)
- Compensation: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience and skills

Who We’re Looking For:
- 2 years assisting experience preferred (EDDA chairside), but we’ll consider less if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn
- EDDA experience of at least 6 months required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- A warm, professional, and team-oriented personality
- Reliable, organized, and excited to be part of a growing, supportive practice
