Dental Assistant

All Seasons Dental is a two-dentist, privately owned, general dental practice with locations in Pueblo and Rocky Ford. We are a busy, patient-focused practice that offers a wide range of dental care and gives our team the opportunity to learn and build strong clinical skills. Although we work in two locations, we operate as one team and value people who enjoy helping each other, growing professionally, and providing great care in a positive work environment.
We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. We are open to full-time (32–40 hours per week) or part-time (16–24 hours per week) applicants. No weekends.
To be considered, applicants must have at least one of the following:
- A minimum of 6 months of hands-on dental assisting experience, or
- Completion of a dental assisting course or program.
Because we operate as one team across two locations, applicants should be willing to work in either Pueblo or Rocky Ford when needed.

Who We’re Looking For:
Dependable. Positive. Productive. Team-oriented.
We are looking for someone who already has a basic dental assisting foundation, including patient seating, room setup and turnover, sterilization, chairside assisting, patient management, quality dental radiographs, and basic charting. Our office flow moves at a good pace. We appreciate people who take initiative, stay productive, and pitch in when the team gets busy. While excellent patient care is our focus, we believe work should include great coworkers, plenty of laughter, and camaraderie! The practice offers fun outings and team building events several times per year along with bonuses for going above and beyond for your patient or team members.
CPR and nitrous oxide certification are preferred.
