All Seasons Clothing Company is looking for a hands-on Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to step up, lead a team, and help drive a fast-paced retail environment.

This is not a “stand behind the counter” role.
You will:
- Lead and oversee a team of 7 employees per shift
- Run daily operations (opening, closing, floor execution)
- Drive sales performance team accountability
- Delegate tasks and ensure follow-through
- Coach employees in customer service selling
- Handle escalated customer situations professionally
- Maintain store standards, organization, and efficiency
- Oversee restock, inventory accuracy, and floor flow
- Support hiring, training, and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For
We are not looking for someone who just “helps out.”
We want someone who:
- Has leadership experience (required) — preferably overseeing 10 people
- Is assertive, direct, and holds people accountable
- Follows through — doesn’t just assign tasks, but ensures they get done right
- Is comfortable making decisions without constant direction
- Can handle a fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environment
- Takes ownership — sees problems and fixes them immediately
- Is reliable and shows up ready to lead
Schedule Expectations
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Overtime may be required during busy seasons
- This is a retail leadership role — flexibility is not optional
