Property Maintenance & Site Steward (Part-Time or Full-Time)
We are a family-owned property business seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Maintenance & Site Steward to help care for multiple properties across Wintersville OH, Weirton WV, and Toronto OH.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, takes pride in keeping properties clean and well-maintained, and is comfortable being the eyes and ears for ownership.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine property walks and exterior upkeep
- Primary role would be to maintain property appearance of multiple locations. This may include picking up trash or debris seen onsite, sweeping sidewalks & hallways, consolidating or emptying trash, Removing fallen branches, leaves, and storm debris, Ensuring entry doors and common areas look presentable, Pulling obvious weeds in high-visibility areas, Clearing walkways and entrances during winter, Reporting, damaged fencing, or neglected green areas, Noticing peeling paint, damaged siding, or loose trim, Checking gutters for overflow or visible blockages, Identifying broken exterior lighting, and Notifying ownership of odors, leaks, or cleanliness concerns.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or damage
- Complete small maintenance tasks and minor repairs when appropriate
- Document property conditions with photos and brief updates
- Communicate proactively with ownership regarding any concerns
Qualifications
- Reliable and self-motivated and a has a friendly disposition
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing routes
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Basic handyman or maintenance experience
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
