Overview:
All Season Solar & Roofing is rapidly expanding across New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is hiring motivated, high-energy individuals to join our Field Marketing team.
This role focuses on generating qualified homeowner appointments for our roofing and solar divisions—primarily roofing—through door-to-door outreach.
This is also the fastest path into a full Sales Representative role, with hands-on training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods across NJ & PA
- Engage homeowners and introduce our roofing and solar services
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Work assigned territories, with effort made to align areas based on where reps live whenever possible
- Track daily activity and performance goals
Important Role Detail:
- You are NOT responsible for closing sales
- Your role is strictly to generate and set qualified appointments
- Our sales team handles the full presentation and closing process
Compensation & Earning Potential:
- $100/day base pay uncapped commission
- Paid on appointments that run (homeowner is present and appointment is completed)
- No earning cap — performance directly drives income
- Top performers can earn six figures annually
- Example: Setting 10 qualified appointments that run within a 2-week period can result in approximately $4,000 in earnings for that timeframe
