The Role
We are hiring for two levels under this posting:

A Route Cleaner focuses mainly on routine cleaning and water care. A Service Technician does all of that and also helps with repairs, equipment installs, and troubleshooting according to their skills.
Typical Day – Route Cleaner
- Start your day at our Blythewood location or from your first assigned pool
- Use our phone app to see your list of regular pools for the day
- You can reorder your route however you like, as long as:
- Every assigned pool is completed,
- Work is done correctly and documented, and
- You follow our standards and schedule expectations
- Skim, vacuum, brush, empty baskets, clean filters, and keep decks tidy
- Test and balance water chemistry and log readings in the app
- Take photos and notes as needed before heading to the next pool
Typical Day – Service Technician
- Everything the Route Cleaner does plus, depending on your skill level:
- Diagnose basic equipment issues (pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems)
- Perform minor repairs and part replacements
- Assist with installations and larger repair jobs
- Your day may include a mix of cleanings, repair calls, and equipment work matched to your experience and training
In both roles, if you finish your assigned work and any additional work requested by the main office before the end of your 10-hour shift, you may be allowed to leave early and still receive full-day pay. On heavier days, a full 10-hour day is part of the job.
