What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secretary position at All Season Gutters?
Part time secretary 25-30 hours week. Secretarial responsibilities include: answering phones, responding to queries in person, via phone and email,ordering supplies, scheduling of jobs, entering quotes, filing, faxing, accounts receivable and utilizing quick books. Candidate must be motivated, able to prioritize work, have good customer service skills and capable of working without supervision.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
