Position Overview:

As an Automotive Technician at Renaissance Motors, you'll play a vital role in our commitment to delivering top-tier service to our customers. Your expertise and passion for automotive maintenance and repair will help us uphold the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of automotive engines and systems with precision and care.
• Perform multi-point/safety inspections on all vehicles.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining gas engines. Diesel is a plus!
• Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.
• Keep meticulous records of work performed and parts used on company-provided laptop.
• Maintain an organized workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive technology.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Genuine passion for working on automotive vehicles.
• Proficiency with automotive repair tools and equipment, including computer diagnostic software.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive engine systems and components.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to delivering top-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• ASE certification or relevant technical training is a definite plus.
• Capability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds if needed.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools on vehicles lifted above head.
• Walking and standing for the majority of the workday.
• Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
