Position Description:
All Saints Day School seeks an energetic, proactive, and reflective educator to serve as a TK
Associate Teacher. The Associate Teacher supports the TK Lead Teacher in lesson planning
and delivery, prepares materials, maintains classroom organization, and helps supervise
students throughout the day. Each educator at All Saints is responsible for creating a classroom
community where students feel known, supported, and engaged. Faculty work to understand
each child from multiple perspectives and use engaging, developmentally appropriate teaching
practices that support the whole child. All Saints faculty build meaningful bonds with students,
maintain high standards, teach children to engage in respectful and kind behavior, and promote
a love of learning.
This is a full-time, non-exempt benefits-eligible position.
Anticipated Compensation: $25 - 27.50
The school offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision

tuition remission for eligible employees’ children enrolled at All Saints.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support lead homeroom teacher(s) in their lesson planning and delivery.
- Help prepare materials for lessons, bulletin boards, parent conferences, and other
- activities.
- Work with students individually or in small groups for academic extension or intervention
- activities.
- Assist classroom teachers in administering and documenting grade-level assessments.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences as requested by supervisor or homeroom
- teacher(s).
- Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, the playground
- Help prepare classrooms during faculty work week prior to the opening of school.
- Supervise in the aftercare program.
- Assist in completing all of the year-end responsibilities before leaving for summer
- vacation.

Requirements
- High school diploma required (associate’s degree or college degree preferred)
- Two or more years of early childhood experience preferred
- Knowledge of child development
