Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and building interior components to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct painting, and mechanical repairs to maintain the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the facility.
- Use hand tools and electrical equipment repair skills to address maintenance needs promptly while adhering to safety protocols.
- Supervise or assist with maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and according to specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant requests or concerns related to facility maintenance or repairs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to operate hand tools, electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces when necessary.
