What You’ll Do
- Inspect properties and identify pest problems
- Apply safe treatments using company equipment
- Build relationships with customers and educate them on prevention
- Represent All-Safe in the community with professionalism
- $25–$27/hr starting pay commission
- Company vehicle & uniforms
- BCBS health insurance (50% company-paid) HSA eligible
- Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
- Monday–Friday schedule (7 AM–5 PM) with alternate Saturdays off
- Career growth and training provided
- Valid driver’s license (5 years)
- Good driving record
- Willingness to learn and work independently
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
