About the Role:
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join a small, fast-paced Internal Medicine practice (1 provider) in Cranbury, NJ. This hybrid role combines front desk responsibilities (75%) with MA duties (25%), offering a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both administrative and clinical work.
Key Responsibilities:
Room patients and support basic MA tasks (25%)
Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling (75%)
Handle incoming calls, make callbacks, and assist with patient inquiries
Provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment
Support the provider with daily office flow as needed
Requirements:
Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
Ability to commute to Cranbury, NJ within 30–40 minutes
Strong customer service and communication skills
EPIC EMR Experience Highly Preferred
Comfortable with majority front-desk-focused work
