Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales
- Meet with current and prospective clients to assess staffing needs, suggest appropriate services, and secure job orders.
- Accurately quote pricing, gather job details, and enter information using internal tools.
- Recommend pre-qualified candidates with compelling written profiles.
- Coach clients and candidates through the hiring process with clarity and timeliness.
- Conduct regular retention check-ins with clients and candidates using quality control tools.
- Source applicants via internet searches, networking, and company systems.
- Attract and interview candidates, documenting qualifications and preferences.
- Ensure proper screening, testing, and referencing of candidates.
- Negotiate pay and benefits, ensuring alignment with existing compensation structures.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline by proactively managing sourcing and interviewing efforts.
- Support placed candidates through ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Prioritize daily/weekly/monthly activities to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate attendance and complete assigned training.
- Uphold company policies and documentation standards.
- Respond promptly to client and candidate needs, concerns, and suggestions.
- Manage and report grievances or performance issues in collaboration with HR.
- Attend client meetings onsite as needed.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence when navigating feedback, conflict, and change.
- Work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and communication.
- 2 years of customer development or sales experience (or completion of in-house training program)
- Stable job history (no more than two employers in the past two years)
- Previous compensation based on commission or performance incentives
- Ability to handle competing deadlines, multitask, and respond calmly under pressure
- Strong decision-making and judgment in recommending candidates and resolving issues
- Must be able to enter and manage data daily in digital systems
- Strong comprehension of verbal, written, and video instructions
- Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office per week)
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable navigating Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or account management
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
