Truck Diesel Service Technician

All Roads Trucks in Landover is seeking a Diesel Technician/Mechanic to diagnose, service, and repair customer trucks with precision and pride. Experience with Isuzu or Kenworth is a strong bonus. We’re searching for dependable, quick-learning technicians who can tackle challenges, deliver quality work, and keep trucks road-ready.
Compensation & Schedule
- $25–$55/hour (based on experience) production bonuses
- Full-time, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs as directed by the Service Manager
- Identify equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
- Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
- Maintain precise documentation of all work performed and parts used
- Communicate with OEM/factory technical support as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with Kenworth or Isuzu equipment is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and attention to detail
