Service Technician – Chesapeake Ford
Start making an impact on day one! We’re looking for a Gas Technician to diagnose, service, and repair light- and medium-duty gas trucks and equipment (Ford/Kenworth experience a plus). If you’re dedicated, detail-focused, and ready to grow, we’d love to have you on our team.
Compensation
- $22–$35/hr (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on gas engines, drivetrains, and related systems
- Complete inspections, document findings, and maintain accurate repair orders
- Follow safety and quality standards; keep work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with teammates, and communicate repair status professionally
- Handle additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn; Ford/Kenworth experience is a plus
- Reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
