The ideal candidate has experience with heavy-duty and/or heavy equipment parts and enjoys supporting both internal and external customers. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with base pay plus commission. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus! Compensation • Base commission (total earnings $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience and performance)Benefits• Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and supplemental insurance (available the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment)• 401(k) with company match• Paid time off and company-paid holidays• Tuition reimbursement program• Employee referral bonus program Responsibilities• Assist customers in selecting required parts and provide accurate price quotes• Upsell specials and inform customers of companion parts or promotions• Process payments, obtain credit authorizations, and manage back-ordered items• Support shop technicians by retrieving and ordering parts for existing work orders• Coordinate parts procurement with the Assistant Parts Manager• Operate a forklift and maintain organized parts storage areas• Stay current on industry trends and apply technical knowledge daily• Perform additional duties as assigned Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently stands, walks, uses hands to handle or feel, and reaches with hands and arms. Must be able to lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 80 lbs.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, benefits-eligible position, Monday through Friday.
