Carpenter Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a Carpenter Technician to join our remodeling team. This role is designed for an individual who wants to build a long-term career in the skilled trades and grow within a professional remodeling company.

The right person does not need to know everything already. We value attitude, character, work ethic, and willingness to learn just as much as experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with residential remodeling projects
• Demolition and jobsite preparation
• Framing and basic carpentry work
• Finish carpentry installation
• Material handling and organization
• Maintaining clean and safe jobsites
• Supporting lead carpenters and project managers
• Learning company systems and building practices
• Potentially working 10-12 hour days

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

• Residential carpentry or construction experience
• Trade school education or hands-on experience
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools

Required qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry materials
• Dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Lives within 30 minutes of Manheim, PA
• Timeliness and punctuality
