What are the responsibilities and job description for the Excavator/Equipment Operator position at All Putnam Development?
All Putnam Development, Inc. is searching for an experienced excavation equipment operator.
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, dozers, and/or loaders for site prep, grading, trenching, and utility work
- Read and follow site plans and grade stakes accurately
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with crew leads and general contractor staff on site progress
- Work safely around underground utilities and in occupied job sites.
Requirements:
- 2 years operating excavation equipment
- Experience with residential and/or commercial site work
- Understanding of grade, slope and basic surveying references
- Valid drivers license: CDL a plus
Pay is based on experience. Full-time, year-round work across Dutchess, Westchester, Dutchess, and Fairfield County.
Pay: $26.14 - $31.48 per hour
