Position Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in managing and coordinating maintenance requests across all our storage locations. From trash removal and repairs to seasonal upkeep, you’ll ensure that every task is handled efficiently and on time. This role involves working closely with vendors, technicians, and site managers to resolve issues quickly and maintain high standards across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, prioritize, and manage incoming maintenance requests through our ticketing system.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of work across multiple states.
- Oversee a range of facility needs, including trash removal, general repairs, and seasonal upkeep.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with site managers, vendors, and company leadership.
- Conduct quality control checks and follow up on completed work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, vendor communications, and expenses.
- Assist in improving systems and processes for maintenance tracking and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenance coordination, facility management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficient in ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working across different time zones and managing vendor relationships.
