Apply and become part of the largest Constable agency in Utah.A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SPECIAL FUNCTIONS OFFICERAs a Special Functions Officer, you are responsible for the security of the Courthouse, patrons, staff and everything related to maintaining order and ensuring the safety of all who are at the Court. You will also have the opportunity to transport inmates from jail to Court. Occasionally there are extraditions that we perform from southern Utah to the Salt Lake area.QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SPECIAL FUNCTIONS OFFICER      •      Must be POST certified as SFO, LEO, BCO or ACO      •      Certification must be current with POST      •      Clean criminal background, excluding minor traffic violations      •      Valid Utah driver's license      •      Reliable personal transportation to get to work      •      Must have a cell phone, and access to the internet for communication with the company      •      Basic knowledge of computers and email      •      Able to work shifts ranging from 4-12 hours in duration, depending on locationMust be proficient in English (written and verbal).READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?If you are interested please fill out our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application.
