Job Title: Security Officer - Unarmed Guard
Employment Type: Part-Time - Friday and Saturday
Location: Puyallup, Washington

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular exterior patrols of the perimeter and all access points to deter unauthorized entry and protect district property.
- Provide access control by permitting entry only to authorized personnel, approved contractors, and security staff.
- Maintain an accurate log of contractor and authorized personnel arrivals and departures, including time in/out and company information.
- Monitor for suspicious activity, trespassing, vandalism, or safety hazards and report concerns immediately to supervisors, facility contacts, and law enforcement when required.
- Serve as a visible, professional presence to ensure safety during ongoing remediation or maintenance activities.
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies, following established procedures, and document all actions in clear, detailed reports.
- Maintain a professional, calm, and approachable demeanor at all times, especially within an active school district environment.
- Comply with all post orders, client directives, and All Pro Security policies while ensuring the safety and security of the site.
Qualifications:
- Valid WA State Unarmed Guard License (DOL activated) - required before hire.
- Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior security, law enforcement, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
