Responsibilities:
- Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and all variety of plumbing
- The ability to diagnose leaks and other problems.
- Service Titan knowledge a plus
- Clearing clogs and stoppages within the drain system,
- Diagnosing the cause of the problem
- Working alongside HVAC and Electrician professionals
- Communicating effectively with customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of plumbing
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of water systems
- Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, re-pipes, re-drain, leak detections, and water heaters.
Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $75k-$100k the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
