Executive Director (RN) – Assisted Living

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on RN Executive Director who is passionate about creating a nurturing, resident-centered environment while guiding a committed care team.

You are an RN leader who understands the unique rhythms of Assisted Living and Memory Care. You build trust naturally, communicate with warmth and clarity, and set a tone of professionalism that others want to follow.

What You’ll Do

• Provide engaged, visible leadership throughout the building

• Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, and staff

• Guide and support department heads with confidence and collaboration

• Ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care

• Maintain compliance, quality standards, and strong operational practices

• Lead with empathy while upholding professionalism and accountability

• Promote a supportive, respectful, and uplifting work culture

What You Bring

• Active RN license (New York State)

• Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Memory Care

• Proven leadership & supervisory experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational skills and calm, solution-oriented presence

• Comfort working closely with families, residents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Familiarity with Alzheimer’s & Dementia care (a plus)

Compensation & Benefits

• $60–$70 per hour

• 401(k)
