Nanny Childcare Specialist

• Compensation: $30–$45/hr (based on experience)
• Location: Private homes NYC, Long Island, 
• Schedule: Flexible, full-time/part-time, some weekends/evenings

Role Overview:
The Elite Childcare Specialist delivers attentive, nurturing, and developmentally supportive care for children in luxury households. You will foster a safe, engaging, and culturally enriching environment while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily routines, educational activities, and play
• Support social, emotional, and intellectual development
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks (with attention to dietary needs)
• Manage schedules, school pick-ups/drop-offs, and extracurriculars
• Communicate proactively with parents/guardians on child progress and needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ professional childcare experience in private homes
• Excellent references and background check required
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and cultural sensitivity
• Discretion, professionalism, and reliability
