Allpro Health & Consulting is a rapidly expanding healthcare staffing and compliance company serving NY, NJ, CT, and beyond. We provide healthcare staffing, direct-hire recruiting, CPR/BLS training, compliance audits, and premium concierge care services.
We are looking for a driven Business Development Intern who is ready to help us grow to $120,000/month in billing by bringing in new staffing contracts, direct placement roles, CPR training clients, and consulting engagements.
This role is perfect for someone who:

This is NOT a "cold calling robot" role — this is strategic, relationship-driven selling with coaching, scripts, and deep mentorship.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospect and contact Assisted Living, LTC, Group Homes, Hospitals, Medical Offices, and Home-Care Agencies
Apply NEPQ emotional-intelligence-based sales techniques (training provided)
Get past gatekeepers and reach decision makers
Secure meetings with Administrators, DONs, HR Directors, and Owners
Close new contracts across:
Healthcare staffing
Direct placement recruiting
CPR/BLS training programs
Allpro Consulting audits & compliance services
Premium private pay home-care (Allpro Elite)
Manage leads, pipeline, and follow-up in Notion
Represent the Allpro brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
Strong communicator with natural presence
Interest in sales, business development, marketing, or healthcare
LinkedIn-savvy comfortable talking to leadership
Coachable and eager to learn NEPQ
Persistent, organized, and goal-driven
Experience with Notion is a plus
Able to work independently and meet targets
Commission Structure
This is an unpaid base internship, but includes:
Immediate commission eligibility for every contract signed.
Full commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
