What You'll Do:

• Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, website optimization, and influencer partnerships.
• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to enhance sales and engagement.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with manufacturers in Korea and China for sample testing and production oversight.
• Drive product development from concept to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Craft compelling marketing materials and collaborate with sales teams to create impactful campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in skincare or makeup production support, including working closely with manufacturers on sample testing and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to take product concepts from ideation to successful market launch.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, eCommerce strategies, and market analysis.
• A creative mindset with a passion for beauty and emerging industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage timelines and cross-functional collaborations.
