Apprentice/Journeyman Plumber

Overview

We are a growing General Contractor that needs to add a competent Plumber to our plumbing division, The Friendly Plumber. Our company does roughly $16,000,000 in annual revenue, so we have no shortage of plumbing work that needs to be performed.

We perform the following types of projects:

• Plumbing Services: Rough-In, Finish, Sewer Lines, Water Heaters & Repairs.
• Interior Renovations: Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, Fireplaces, Painting & Rehabs.
• Exterior Renovations: Decks, Siding, Roofing, Windows, Concrete, Fences & Painting.
• Construction Services: Additions, Sunrooms, ADU’s & Barns.
• Home Services: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Foundation Repair & Handyman.
• Commercial Services: Interior Renovations, Exterior Renovations & Tenant Finish.
• Multi-Family: Siding, Windows, Roofing, Gutters, Decks and Flat Work.

Compensation Details

1. Salary Starting at $20-40 per hour (90-day & Annual Pay Reviews)

2. Company-Provided Van/Truck

3. 401K 6% Company Match (After 90 days)

4. Paid Holidays

5. Vacation Pay - 3 Weeks (accrual)

Job Requirements

- Valid Driver's License

- Reliable Transportation

- Plumbing Experience (preferred, not necessary if driven to learn)

Job Responsibilities

- Perform plumbing tasks that are presented in the scope of work.

- Work with others to complete large plumbing projects.

- Work directly with subcontractors at times, to ensure everyone is working well together.

- Meet with customers to provide updates and review completed scopes of work.

- Communicate effectively without delay.

- Add job photos and updates to our CRM system, Housecall Pro.

- Job site inspections to ensure quality work is performed at each phase. Fill out inspection lists on each job.

- Add change orders for all additional work required to complete the scope of work.

- Ensure job site safety.

- Ask customers for Google reviews throughout the experience. We provided bonuses for every five-star review.
