Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman tasks including repairs, installations, and maintenance
- Handle carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work
- Diagnose issues and provide practical, efficient solutions
- Complete jobs in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 3 years of handyman or general maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic home repair, construction, and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Must have own tools to complete handyman work
- Ability to navigate and understand workflow/job management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
