What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Janitorial position at All Pro Building Maintenance?
Building Maintenance Company based in Kent, WA has an immediate need for a position in OAK HARBOR - part-time evening (2-3 hours a day) janitor. Monday - Friday. We are looking for someone who is dependable, responsible, punctual and detail - oriented. MUST have PRIOR JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE and be able to pass a background check.
Requirements:
Must be legally able to work in the U.S. AND pass a background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to learn quickly and complete work without supervision.
Dress Code:
Casual, closed-toe shoes (preferably boots)
Long pants
All Pro shirt
Duties:
Will be responsibly to check to make sure jobs are completed correctly. Will also be responsible for general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms and other duties as assigned.
Hours: 2-3 hours a night. Monday - Friday - no weekends. Starting at 4 pm daily.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
