Auto Body Estimator / Collision Repair Adjuster

We are a well-established, highly reputable auto body shop looking to add an experienced Auto Body Estimator/Adjuster to our front office team. Our shop is a Direct Repair Program (DRP) facility for three major insurance companies, and we take pride in providing exceptional customer service and high-quality repairs.
We're looking for a motivated professional with experience writing collision repair estimates who wants to be part of a team that values integrity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- some weekends (rotating)
Responsibilities
- Write accurate and thorough collision repair estimates.
- Work directly with insurance companies, customers, and technicians throughout the repair process.
- Order and verify correct OEM and aftermarket parts.
- Review repair plans and supplements as needed.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress.
- Maintain organized repair files and documentation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from initial estimate through vehicle delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an auto body estimator, adjuster, or collision repair writer is required.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and estimating.
- Experience with insurance DRP processes is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts.
- Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
