What You'll Do
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll be the trusted expert our customers rely on to get their homes and businesses back up and running.
You'll:
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial appliances.
- Travel to customer homes and businesses in a company-provided service truck.
- Repair refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, ice machines, washers, dryers, and other household appliances.
- Clearly explain repair recommendations and solutions to customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every service call.
- Use mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to solve problems efficiently.
- Follow manufacturer repair specifications and safety standards.
- Work independently while remaining part of a supportive, collaborative team.

What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and making customers happy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid South Carolina Driver's License with a good driving record
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) or more years of appliance repair experience
- Experience repairing built-in or hardwired appliances
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience reading technical repair manuals and manufacturer specifications
