Who We Are
All Points Media creates custom out-of-home advertising solutions that help brands connect with audiences in memorable ways. With more than 20 years of outdoor advertising experience, we have established ourselves as a leader in alternative and place-based media.
We are a growing national advertising and media company headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. Our team plans and executes campaigns across the country for some of the nation’s most recognizable brands.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, energetic Project Manager to lead advertising programs from contract through completion. This position serves as the central point of coordination among clients, sales, operations, production teams, vendors, and project partners.

- Lead Project Coordinators and Leasing Coordinators assigned to each campaign.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and communicate timely updates to clients and internal teams.
- Keep projects within approved budgets and scope while addressing risks or changing requirements.
- Review project financials and monitor profitability.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, production teams, and other stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and resolve issues that could affect schedules, budgets, or deliverables.
- Create and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Make outbound calls to vendors, business owners, and project partners when campaign requirements call for them.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and campaign execution.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant project management experience; advertising, media, marketing, or operations experience is preferred.

- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience motivating teams and encouraging open communication and collaboration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A positive, outgoing, and team-oriented approach.
- An eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow with the company.
