We are hiring a Private Car Reservationist to manage reservations, support sales growth, and build lasting client relationships. This role combines customer service, outreach, CRM management, and coordination with our dispatch and driver teams.
- Answer calls/emails and create accurate reservations
- Provide quotes and service recommendations
- Execute a 7-touch sales outreach plan to re-engage past clients

We are seeking a polished, organized, and sales-driven Private Car Reservationist to manage client reservations, foster long-term relationships, and support continued company growth. This role blends high-touch customer service, proactive sales outreach, CRM follow-up, and coordination with dispatch and drivers.
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide service options, quotes, and tailored recommendations.
- Create, modify, and confirm reservations accurately in our software.
- Capture comprehensive client notes, preferences, and special requirements.
- Execute a 7-touch communication strategy for current and past clients using phone calls, emails, cards, appreciation gifts, and promotional outreach.
- Reactivate dormant and prior client lists through structured CRM engagement.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
- Promote seasonal specials, national event travel, VIP offerings, and multi-ride opportunities.
- Monitor and research local and nationwide seasonal events that create transportation needs—concerts, conferences, college events, large gatherings, holidays, and corporate travel windows.
- Identify opportunities for contracts, corporate accounts, group transportation, and specialty services.
- Assist with preparing or reviewing RFPs; prior contract experience is a bonus.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate CRM with complete client profiles, preferences, travel patterns, and conversation notes.
- Track all outreach activities, follow-up tasks, and sales opportunities.
- Ensure CRM data is aligned with reservation software for seamless service.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and chauffeurs to ensure precise execution of each trip.
- Relay VIP instructions, client sensitivities, and unique service needs to internal teams.
- Participate in daily or weekly coordination meetings to review schedules and upcoming high-priority clients.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or transportation preferred.
- Comfortable meeting sales quotas and outreach goals.
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- CRM experience required; LimoAnywhere experience is highly desirable.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- RFP, corporate account, or event-planning experience is a plus.
