Schedule

Flexible, project-based engagement. Work is performed on an as-needed basis consistent with Company business requirements and mutually agreed-upon project objectives. This engagement is intended to provide flexibility while supporting ongoing business development initiatives.


Compensation

Competitive commission-based compensation with performance incentives. Compensation is based exclusively on qualified business development results and is governed by the applicable Independent Contractor Agreement.


Position Summary

All Points Investigations, LLC ("API") is seeking a highly motivated Independent Contractor Appointment Setter to support the Company's business development initiatives by generating qualified consultation opportunities with prospective commercial clients.


This engagement focuses exclusively on initiating contact with businesses and organizations that may benefit from professional investigative, intelligence, risk management, cyber, OSINT, AI-enabled, and related professional services offered by the Company. Primary target markets include, but are not limited to, private investigation firms, law firms, insurance companies, corporations, financial institutions, government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, property management companies, and other commercial entities.


The Independent Contractor is responsible for identifying decision-makers, conducting professional outbound outreach, qualifying prospective clients using Company-established criteria, and scheduling qualified consultation meetings for designated Company representatives.


This engagement is strictly limited to appointment generation and business development support. The Independent Contractor is not authorized to quote pricing, negotiate contracts, provide investigative recommendations, make legal representations, or otherwise bind the Company.


Success in this engagement is measured by professionalism, activity levels, appointment quality, qualification accuracy, and contribution to the Company's business development objectives.


Primary Responsibilities

The Independent Contractor may be expected to:


· Conduct outbound B2B prospecting through telephone, email, networking, and other Company-approved communication methods.

· Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations.

· Introduce the Company's services professionally and consistently using Company-approved messaging.

· Qualify prospective clients utilizing Company-established qualification standards.

· Schedule qualified consultation appointments for designated Company representatives.

· Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, appointment status, and prospect information within Company-approved systems.

· Conduct appropriate follow-up communications with prospective clients when authorized.

· Assist in maintaining an organized and accurate sales pipeline.

· Represent the Company professionally during all business interactions.

· Protect confidential Company information, business strategies, client information, and proprietary materials.

· Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, Company policies, and contractual obligations governing the engagement.

· Perform additional business development activities reasonably related to appointment generation as requested by the Company.


Scope of Authority

The Independent Contractor's authority is limited to generating qualified appointments and supporting approved business development initiatives.


Unless expressly authorized in writing, the Independent Contractor shall not:


· Negotiate pricing, fees, retainers, or payment terms.

· Execute agreements or otherwise bind the Company.

· Provide legal advice or investigative recommendations.

· Make guarantees regarding investigative results or outcomes.

· Discuss confidential investigative methodologies or operational procedures.

· Represent themselves as an employee, officer, partner, or agent with authority beyond appointment generation.

· Deviate materially from Company-approved messaging regarding services or capabilities.


Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

· Residence within the greater Orlando, Florida area.

· Demonstrated ability or willingness to perform professional B2B outbound prospecting.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Professional judgment, discretion, and integrity.

· Ability to work independently while achieving mutually established business objectives.

· Reliable personal computer with dependable internet access.

· Reliable cellular telephone.

· Reliable laptop.

· Ability to utilize Company-approved software, CRM platforms, communication applications, and other technology required for the engagement.


Preferred Qualifications

Preference may be given to individuals possessing one or more of the following:


· Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university.

· Prior experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, account development, customer service, or business development.

· Experience in engaging in previously mentioned duties as an appointment setter.

· Experience working with law firms, insurance companies, professional services firms, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, government agencies, or other commercial clients.

· Experience utilizing CRM platforms and business development software.

· Strong telephone presence and consultative communication skills.

· Ability to develop rapport with executive-level decision-makers.


Performance Expectations

Performance may be evaluated using factors including, but not limited to:


· Outbound activity volume.

· Qualified conversations.

· Qualified appointments scheduled.

· Appointment attendance rates.

· Qualification accuracy.

· CRM documentation quality.

· Professionalism during client interactions.

· Compliance with Company standards and approved messaging.

· Overall contribution to Company business development objectives.


No minimum level of work, compensation, appointments, or business opportunities is guaranteed.


Independent Contractor Relationship

This engagement is strictly that of an independent contractor.


Nothing contained within this position description or any related agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee relationship. The Independent Contractor retains control over the manner and means of performing services, subject to applicable contractual obligations, project requirements, and Company standards relating to quality, confidentiality, legal compliance, and protection of the Company's business interests.


The Independent Contractor is solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, licensing, permits, business expenses, and other obligations associated with self-employment unless otherwise expressly provided in a written agreement.


Compensation

Compensation for this independent contractor engagement is based exclusively on a competitive commission structure designed to reward qualified appointment generation and measurable business development results.


The engagement offers:


· Competitive commission opportunities tied to qualified appointments and resulting business development objectives as determined by the Company.

· Performance incentives based upon achievement of approved business development milestones.

· Flexible scheduling consistent with mutually agreed-upon project objectives.

· Opportunities to support the growth of an internationally recognized investigations and intelligence firm serving clients throughout nearly all 50 U.S. states and more than 100 countries.

· Exposure to professional investigative services, cyber investigations, OSINT, intelligence analysis, litigation support, corporate risk management, and emerging AI-enabled business initiatives.


Specific commission schedules, qualification standards, performance expectations, and project objectives will be established separately by the Company and may be modified from time to time in accordance with applicable agreements.
