Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Hialeah, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service and Customer Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of pneumatic products and technical applications is a plus
- Bi lingual is a plus but speaking English is a must
- Additional education, certification, or training in customer service or related fields is a plus
