PAY: $34-$44/hour ($70,720-$91,520/year) bonuses

THE ROLE
- Luxury residential: high-end fixture installs, tankless water heaters, water treatment systems
- Retirement community work (Sun City, Hilton Head Plantation) - high volume, repeat customers
- Vacation rental and property management accounts - urgency and response time are critical
- Light commercial for Bluffton's growing retail and restaurant corridorPLUMBING

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Water heater installation and replacement (tank and tankless - Rinnai, Navien, Rheem)
- Drain cleaning and clog removal
- Main and sewer line diagnosis and repair
- Luxury fixture installation (Kohler, Moen, Delta premium lines) - Water softener and filtration system installation
- Full and partial repiping (PVC and PEX)
- Sump pump installation and repair
- Gas line inspection and repair

ELECTRICAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Must Be Proficient):
- Residential and light commercial wiring, troubleshooting, and repair
- Panel upgrades, circuit breaker installation and replacement
- Generator hookup and transfer switch installation
- EV charger installation (residential - high demand in HHI market)
- Outdoor and landscape lighting
- Code compliance and inspection corrections

REQUIREMENTS:
- SC Journeyman Electrician Certification (MASC or CAGC) OR ability to obtain within 90 days - Minimum 4 years hands-on plumbing service experience
- Minimum 2 years hands-on electrical experience
- Experience with luxury fixture brands (Kohler, Moen, Rinnai, Navien) preferred
- Strong customer communication skills - our Hilton Head clients have high expectations
- Valid SC driver's license with clean MVR
- Must pass background check and drug screening

COMPENSATION - BLUFFTON:
- Base Pay: $30-$44/hour (Bluffton premium over Charleston due to market and cost of living)
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000-$3,000 (50% at 30 days, 50% at 90 days)
- Performance Bonus: Up to $6,000/year
- On-Call Pay: $175-$225/weekend flat rate
- Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours
