If so, CED is seeking a Profit Center Manager to lead and grow our All-Phase Electric Supply operation serving Indiana communities. You will take ownership of all aspects of the business—sales, operations, financial performance, and people development—while working alongside a close-knit team committed to delivering exceptional service to both new and existing customers.
As Profit Center Manager, you will be accountable for the overall success of the business, including:
- Driving sales growth, gross margin, and profit-sharing performance through the recruitment, development, training, coaching, and leadership of the Profit Center team.
- Identifying and developing target customer accounts, setting clear sales objectives, and holding sales teams accountable for results.
- Achieving upper-quartile performance across key financial and operational metrics.
- Ensuring the Profit Center consistently meets or exceeds customer service expectations across all customer segments.
- Analyzing financial statements and operational reports to identify opportunities, implement growth strategies, improve productivity, and control expenses.
- Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal partners to support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience (electrical distribution preferred)
- Proven leadership experience with team development success
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
