What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at All Phase Construction?
We are a residential remodeling company out of Lancaster that has been in business since 1988. We are looking for an energetic individual who likes to work hard and is eager to learn and possibly GROW with our company. We are consistently busy and are looking for someone who wants a full-time position with a company that will treat you right and keep you busy. Our project mangers can teach you skills along the way, but a good attitude cannot be taught! This is the MOST important requirement for this job.
