Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Obtain and document medical history
- Verify immunizations and testing status
- Communicate patient arrival and treatment needs with medical staff
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Fill prescription diets, flea/tick prevention and OTC products as directed by a veterinarian
- Enter accurate patient data into veterinary software
- Help maintain hospital flow and organization
