Numerous opportunities to get overtime. You will work during day times , evening time and weekends. Must pass a drug and alcohol test and a background check . This job works days/evenings and on weekends . You will hav e ample opportunity to get overtime., If you cant work a flexible schedule please dont apply.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all floor surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and solutions to remove stains and maintain carpet longevity.
• Buff and polish floors to restore shine and improve appearance, utilizing commercial-grade buffing machines.
• Assist with janitorial responsibilities such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Support environmental services by adhering to safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handling cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, equipment usage, and supply inventories for accountability and quality control.
• Collaborate with team members to complete special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or environmental services within commercial or institutional settings.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, extractors, and other janitorial tools efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in all cleaning tasks.
• Good physical stamina and mobility to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and following instructions accurately.
